Voice comes and goes constantly throughout the day. i feel like i have to clear my throat to be able to talk properly again, doesn't always work.

Voice variation: Could be post nasal drip(PND) . Would consider elevating head of bed when sleeping,taking zyrtec once a day, wearing a mask around dusty areas, keeping a food diary as in some people diary or other food cause nasal congestion . Consider ranitidine an antireflux medication as in some reflux causes PND f/u/ w/ doc/ENT
