Yes: While a middle ear infection will not make you too wobbly, extension of the infection into the inner ear or vestibular (balance) system will make you dizzy . Fluid coming put of your ear has to be either from an infection of the ear canal or a perforated eardrum with a middle ear infection. Accompanying vertigo suggests the latter. See your MD.
