Sinus infection & po: Sinus infection and polyps is fairly common. You have to treat the infection and the Lily's at the same time. We usually give oral steroids, topical nasal steroids and antibiotics for this problem at the same time. You will need a thorough nasal exam with a scope to look for other polyps and then can start the treatment. See an ENT doctor for this in the near future . Good luck and feel better
