Inflamation: "ITIS" is a reflection many times of " too much ,too quickly" Thus in the lower extremities it is common to see multiple affects sites . RICE is basic , but one needs to assess what they r doing too much of to create the problem. Many times u are helped by decreasing the activity, then slowly titrating upwards to gain the desired amount of time spent doing the activity.
