Expected: Sore legs after sustaining a car accident and walking that long when you are not used to, can cause such symptoms, you need to rest your legs, take a pain killer, unless contraindicated, if symptoms progress or new symptoms appear, call/see your doctor, thank goodness you are safe and survived the accident
