I have severe backpain and will not be seeing my doctor for another 16hrs. will taking 4 aleve (naproxen) put me at risk for anything? i dont have any gi issues.

GI upset: Best to stick with the medications instructions and only take the maximum amount that is recommended. If you pain is very severe, you may need to go to an urgicare center instead of waiting too long. Call your doctor if need be. Best wishes.
