Unusual: If the original forehead hematoma resolved, it wouldn't redevelop unless another trauma caused subcutaneous bleeding again or unless there was a lesion like a cyst in that site that bled spontaneously because of fragility. It's best that you have a physician examine this swelling for diagnosis and advice.
