I went drinking teo nights ago i hit my head on a lot of stuff i have two bumps one on my forehead and one on the back top of my head i feel sick dizzy head hurts and i don't feel like eating anything do i have a slight concussion ?

Quite possibly: If headache worsens or you lose consciousness (have family/friend check on you) or start projectile vomiting, go to er (preferably by ambulance) at once for evaluation & treatment of more sever head injury.

CONCUSSION: It is best to discuss this with a Neurologist who will study your medical history. If your are uncomfortable with your Dr. consult with another for a 2nd opinion.
