Mgt: There are many possible conditions which may be associated. It would be helpful to view the FEV1, FVC and FEF 25/75 pre and post a bronchodilator. If you improve with Albuterol, this inhaler along with other medications may be used.. Avoiding smoke, dust, mold, birds and pets may also help.

Lung function: Hi GShrestha, it is difficult to determine anything without seeing the whole picture. If your pre-test is 57% of expected, then a trial with a bronchodilator (albuterol) would be given. Then they would repeat the test to see the improvement. Please discuss the results with your doctor. Hope thats helpful.
