30y/o m experiencing Urine leakage (very clear, non milky) after pee and later on. I notice minor dripping and small stains in underwear. Urination mostly normal; no pain or urgency, slightly less stream. All test for UTI/std were negative. Thoughts?
Used home uti test strips, + for leukocytes (medium purple) and - for nitrites. repeated 3 different days/times. Is it likely a uti or something else? Have the feeling of needing to pee constantly and only going a little at a time, no other symptoms
