Migraines for weeks. my urine color changed a bit. i took a home uti test and neg for nit postive for leu. what does that mean? are symptoms related?

Maybe : The "leu" in home UTI kits stands for leukocyte esterase which can indicate infection. If you are concerned about a bladder infection, see your doctor and get a full urinalysis. He/she can then give you an rx for antibiotic if necessary.

Leukocytes: Indicate infection so see your doctor. A migraine does not last weeks, you can get frequent migraines however. I suggest you see your doctor for your headaches to make sure there is not another cause. If frequent migraines there are medications that can help reduce the frequency.
