I have a neck and spine pain that hurts more when i move my neck along with a cough and peasized glands in my neck could this be lymphoma im so scared?

Unlikely: The symptoms you describe do not in any way suggest a lymphoma. Pea sized lymph nodes are very common in young people and usually not a cause for concern. If you have multiple hard (like hard rubber) lymph nodes that are not tender, be sure to get them checked.
