What are possible causes of an enlarged salivary gland on one side of the neck ? do they include lymphoma?

Enlarged gland: If on the neck it is not a salivary gland. It's most probably a lymph gland. Should be seen immediately to discover cause and appropriate cure. If a lymph gland, yes, lymphoma is a possibility. See your GP or an ENT for differential diagnosis.
