Enlarged gland: If on the neck it is not a salivary gland. It's most probably a lymph gland. Should be seen immediately to discover cause and appropriate cure. If a lymph gland, yes, lymphoma is a possibility. See your GP or an ENT for differential diagnosis.

Infection,2.blockage from salivary stones, or any other type of Pathology.The cause of swollen parotid glands can be due to Mumps.The swollen glands under the lower jaw may be swollen lymph nodes due to infection tracking from teeth, mouth ,sinus, ear infection ETC.
