Not accurate: I would say bones are not nearly as strong as steel or concrete, a bone will typically break under a load lower that it would take a concrete or steel object to fail. Muscle is much weaker that bone in compression, its main strength is in tension and the strength to failure is based upon the muscle involved and the direction of the force applied.
