Can mri do a full body scan on my spinal cord from neck to tail bone to find why my whole body is weak. all diease rule out. muscle weakness wasting?

Assuming it: is clinically indicated, MRI can image the entire spinal cord. Technically the spinal cord does not extend to the tail bone, however, it ends at about the L1/L2 vertebral level.
