Theanine is suppleme: Theanine is supplement so there usually is not reliable research available. Lexipro is an SSRI antidepressant There shouldn't be any problem with a trial of both of these meds in the dosage you mentioned . If you had any apparent side effects I would discuss them with your psychiatrist
