Glad it's helping: Also, glad you asked. Before starting an SSRI which can be hard to stop and can have bad side effects and interfere w/ some activities, consider CBT therapy for anxiety mgmt skills. If needed, you can add the drug but you may not need it. Also it's good you're only using xanax (alprazolam) a bit - that's good since it too can be hard to stop and you can get diminishing effects w/ long use.
