Primary care: The first stop should be your primary care doctor. This is a new problem that will almost certainly get better with time. It's a good opportunity to meet your doctor and give him/her a chance to know you better. Your doctor can refer you to an ENT if the problem fails to get better after standard treatments. Usual first steps are to take decongestants such as pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) for a week.
