NO: During the 6 day steroid course you should not drink ETOH. If you are having a problem than it is necessary to use steroids, you should NOT DRINK

Medications, Alcohol: Thank you for informing about Mastectomy, Gallbladder surgery, dizziness, skipped heart and using Epipen ,Levaquin (levofloxacin) . Stresses of surgery, medical conditions and personal life may have led to use of Alcohol. Both Prednisone and Alcohol can increase risk of GI bleeding. It is advisable not to use them together.
