Few issues: First of all Need a better history so start with this. Did you have any head trauma or injury. Is there any hx of ha in the family. Have you ever been evaluated for headaches ? I don't like the thought of them waking you up. Do they or do you wake and then get the headache? You need to be examined and have lab work and possibly scanned for the etiology of the symptoms
