Exam needed: Persistent right lower abdominal pain, especially if there's associated tenderness, raises the possibility of acute appendicitis. Kidney stone, gall stone are other possibilities. Headache may be from muscle contraction tension. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation is available.
