See your doctor: Brain aneurysms not usually symptomatic in your age group. Needs workup for other conditions though given the eye symptoms. Many diagnoses in the differential. Detailed history and physical exam should direct the next steps in workup and treatment.

Scary history: With your history of a berry aneurysm, one can't assume that this is nothing. You should check in with your neurologist/neurosurgeon for a check up.
