A member asked:

Is clinique sunscreen effective or should i switch to something more "medical" (made by an actual pharmaceutical company)?

Sunscreen: Pick one with SPF at least 15 and apply liberally -thickly and reapply after swimming, toweling off. For photosensitive people I recommend reapplying every two hours. I like mechanical sunscreens like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, then chemical sunscreens which can be irritating. Most sunscreens are made by the consumer products group of a pharmaceutical company. Most importantly, APPLY.
