Is sunscreen effective when applied over vaseline? my sunscreen for sensitive areas doesn't stick to my skin unless i apply vaseline first

Only physical screen: Only a physical sunscreen, like Zinc or Titanium oxide can work when not directly in touch with the skin. Chemical blockers need to interact with the skin to afford protection.
