No: No. Pharmaceutical companies spend millions of dollars and a decade to bring most drugs to market. Not all diseases are simple to cure. We are lucky to have new drugs for different conditions in development and doctors, researchers, and companies do the best they can to develop vaccines, preventions, treatments, and cures. Not all drugs are perfect, so we strive for better ones.
