Uncommon: YOu need to be under the care of a cardiologist and get worked up for the presence of an norepinephrine secreting lesion. I am sure that you will get other opinions but all of which will likely lead to a similar conclusion- see a cardiologist now. The 260 systolic BP may lead to a stroke so there is no time to waste.

These are huge: variations in blood pressure. My first thought is I hope you had a work-up for secondary causes of hypertension because your initial blood pressure reading would not have resulted just from a pain response. The subsequent low readings, I suspect, are due to unpredictable side effects of the anti-hypertensive treatment you have now likely been given. You must stay in close touch and work with Doc.
