I twisted awkwardly last night and had a cramp in my lower right back. was hurting a bit today. i felt a lump in that area today. not painful to touch. but i can move it around. feels like a pulled muscle when i move. should i be concerned about the lump?

Twisting back strain: 22 year old gentleman with pain after twisting motion in right lower back. Painless mobile lump found in lower back. It sounds like you have some lower back strain and you have also found a lump. I am not sure how large the lump you found is, however if it is soft and mobile, it may be a lipoma. If it is a hard mass, you should have it checked out. For the back strain, rest, ice/heat NSAIDs.
