Stop smoking: There is no way to check for all cancers. Smoking does increase your risk if you don't stop now. Since you are young there is some time for your body to recover potential damage.

Stop: If you smoke for 20 years you may traumatize your lungs enough with the inhaled toxins to trigger cancer.You haven't yet, but at this point you have a choice. Continue and wonder how long it will take or whether you might get lucky and avoid it. If you stop, you can avoid it. The rest is up to you.Do you have the strength to make the change?
