Depends...: Most kinds of cancer are very rare in young people unless you have a family history (genetic reason). That being said, young people most commonly get lymphoma, leukemia, and sarcomas more commonly than other age groups. If you are concerned about cancers, discuss it with your doctor. Your doctor will look at family history and recommend genetic counseling if necessary or evaluate any symptoms.
