Back pain: I would continue to work with your doctor on solving this. Blood work is not always sufficient for diagnosing cancer as other tests may be needed.

See your doctor: While burning pain in your head and back isn't necessarily anything worrisome, swollen lymph nodes should be evaluated. Don't wait around, go and see your physician. And you should consider an attempt to quite smoking; I know it's tough, but it will be very good for your future health. And by the way, lots of things that aren't cancer can cause swollen lymph nodes!
