No and it may be OK: Stress does not cause immature granulocytes in your blood and 0.1% is not significant as long as you dont have any symtoms and probably ok.But i will suggest discuss with your doctor and get it repeated.

How immature?: Immature granulocytes at concentration of 0.1% is nothing to be concerned about, as long as the immature cells are not blasts.
