EXERCISE & EAT WELL: If you are completely healthy without any medical problems, you might consider getting back to exercising. An eliptical exerciser is a nice way to get cardio and some toning. Your stretching and weights can gradually be increased. Work your abs gently with bent knee sit-ups as they have been stretched a lot. Eat lots of veggies , some fruit, lean meat and less dairy and grains.
