A 31-year-old female asked:

Is there a natural way to tone up sagging breasts after you have breastfed 2 babies.

Healthy living: There is no way to "tone" the actual breasts per se. Using a good unscented moisturizer, avoid the sun like the plague, also consider upper body weight training to tone the muscles under the breasts, as well as shoulders and arms. This will get your body in top physical condition. Congrats on breastfeeding two babies! What an accomplishment!
