More information?: Now you are scattered all over but you do not state what is going on with you. What has upset you so. You need to find the source of your concerns and then can treat this. Calm down and try to figure out when your symptoms began and why. Then we can get somewhere

Physical / emotional: causes for your symptoms. You need to find out. Please see your doc for a physical exam. Then see a mental health professional for emotional support. If one is not available, consider meeting w/a prudent spiritual leader if you have one. Do you eat a healthy diet or junk food? Do you exercise. Peace and good health.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

Many possibilities.: After ruling out anything medical that could be the cause, one way to lessen your distress is by having an evaluation with a psychiatrist or psychologist; that way appropriate therapy and meds can be prescribed to treat your symptoms. Perhaps you and your provider can work on any underlying issues that are driving these problems, getting you back to a better state of health. Good luck!

Manic: It sounds like you are having a Manic Episode. You should see a Psychiatrist right away for medication to stop all of these problems but since it is Sunday you won't be able to find a private office. So go to the Emergency Room or call 911 so the paramedics can bring you there to get the medication you need to feel better.
