Halitosis: Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. Address all of these possibilities with your dentist and physician, and I'm confident that your problem will at least be minimized, and hopefully eradicated.

Easy Rx first: Use dental floss heavily. Run the floss across your tongue after you're done -- nasty stuff can accumulate there. If you have a tonsillolith, get it out using a water pick, partly-unbent paper-clip or whatever you find works. If none of this helps, get seen. You may have a dental problem or something in your sinus.
