Try and relax: There are a few good things you can do to help yourself sleep. have a good bed routine and start at a decent hour like 10. Do some light exercise, take a shower then sit down with a book (don't try and watch TV.) there is melatonin with is a supplement natural to help with sleep cycles and chamomile tea or sleepy time tea. then you could try benadryl (diphenhydramine) or other sleep aid.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

This is a job for a: sleep ctr and a sleep study, but first to your MD for something to help you sleep very soon. You can't go this long without some sleep, or you will end up psychotic. Have you tried exhausting yourself with exercise? I would not use alcohol as a sleep aid, but eating heavy foods might help, plus some herbal's (Valerian Root, Melatonin) with an MD's OK.
