Can you have meningitis without having a fever? my wife seems to hav all the symptoms except having a fever of any sort.

Meningitis: This might happen, but very unlikely. Your wife undoubtedly does NOT hve "all the symptoms" of meningitis, which for severe cases includes nasuea, vomiting, altered consciousness or even coma. But if her headache or other symptoms continue, of course she should see a doctor -- and do it immediately if there are any changes like I just mentioned.
