Not likely: Bacterial meningitis usually progresses rapidly once you have it and is very dangerous. Stiff neck and headache can be associated with any Upper respiratory tract infection. If you had four days of fever and these symptoms it would be more of an issue. Although, it is unlikely meningitis, I would see your doctor for a check up.
