Need more info: Not knowing your medical history I would not like you ingesting creatine without a physician's guidance. Anecdotally I understand than it might be used for athletic performance enhancement . That in my judgement is not a good idea. Many side effects including nausea diarrhea abdominal cramps etc.

The amount of: creatine you consume to bulk up your muscles depends on how big/tall you are and how big you want to get. Over all, 5 gm per day is not a prohibitive amount but it is enough to hurt your kidneys. Please make sure you drink plenty of water (2 liters daily) and urinate every 3-4 hours. And work out with professionals who can advise you on your dietary supplements.
