Protein: Protein is your key to muscle mass. I typically recommend a vegetable based protein supplement like Orgain, this is Vegan, and GMO-free. You can obtain protein through other sources like chicken, turkey, and fish. I do not advise increasing the amount of red-meat in your diet due to the known increased risk of cancer.
