Endodontal abscess: It seems you may have fremitus (premature contact upon centric) of your anterior teeth which causes irreversible pulpitis and abscess with suppuration and exudates builds up in the area, pressuring on your nerve. Schedule with your dentist for further diagnosis. If abscess, treatment option would be antibiotics, root canal, then follow up.

See dentist ASAP: May be abscess, result of trauma, neoplasm, nasal cavity problem, etc. This should be evaluated, and can't be diagnosed over the computer. Please seek help.
