32 yr f. w visible abdom. swelling under r side of ribcage w occasional sharp pain. feels small little lumps possibly lipomas.any ideas?

Need Examination: We can not say what the small little lumps are without examination.Sharp pain under the rib cage on right side can be due to Gall Bladder Disease.Or if it is only in the lumps it can be an infectious process.Lipomas do not hurt as these are benign fatty tumors.
I suggest you get it checked by your Doctor
