Diet and Activity: Key is to burn more calories than you take in. Body likes to use carbohydrates (sugar/pasta/bread/potatoes) Decreasing carbohydrates helpful. Eat more lean protein like chicken, fish, nuts, beans. Avoid saturated fats (animal fats). Need some fat so plant based fats best. Vegs and fruits have fiber which reduces hunger. Lastly need exercise, 30-40 min walking 5x/wk to start. 1500-1800 cal/day
