Hand surgery: Sorry you experienced some trauma to your finger. Your hand surgeon will evaluate your injury and damage to your skin, muscles, tendons, bone,nerves,and blood supply. They will reattach your tendons and hopefully your nerve function is intact and you will make a recovery and do hand therapy. You can google tendon injuries in the hand and read about how surgeons repair tendon injuries. Good luck.
