Had flexor tendon repair surgery 2 wks ago on right pinky finger. it is still very swollen and both the hand therapist and my orthopedic surgeon's pa have said this is quite normal and can last for weeks. how long before swelling goes down usually?

Time will tell. As Yogi Berra said: "it is difficult to make predictions. Especially about the future." I would get the opinion of those who are treating you as they know what the exact problem was and exactly what was going on and what was one. The hand is very tricky.
