Exercise: The only way to lose weight is to use more calories than you ingest. If you do not change diet, then you need to burn more calories. It is very simple math. You will be surprised , however, to see how much exercise it takes to offset consumed calories. Best is to modify diet and increase exercise. Good Luck.
