Im on a strict diet and lost about 40 lbs, but i havent lost anymore weight and i havent changed anything in what im eating, ive been the same for 1 month. ive always had stomach issues, could i not be losing weight because of a health problem?

It is important to have a full clearance physical before entering any diet program. Inappropriate dieting can adversely affect many organ systems. Please see your GP or an Internist now for exam and lab tests to set a baseline and to assure that what you are doing is not harmful. Don't go it alone.

What you are experiencing is not uncommon. To lose more weight you need to reduce your intake of food further and/or increase your physical activity. You body has adjusted to the new circumstance and if you do not reduce your intake of food, you may start gaining weight, gradually. Wish you good health!
