Nasal saline: There are several brand and off brand saline nasal sprays that are useful in kids. Most of the allergy related steroid sprays are for older kids.

Nasal saline.: Your best bet for someone in this age group would be a simple nasal saline mist. Works very well, and not medicinal. With daily use, should work quite well, and it's not habit-forming nor inducing of drowsiness like some other agents could be.
