My 6 year old son has a sore throat, cough and nose is blocked and now complaining about ears being sore. started yesterday and giving him rinex, broncol, mybulen and iladin basil spray... what can i give for sore throat?

I would recommend having his doctor examine him as he is already taking many medications for his symptoms. The Mybulen has a combination of several pain medications, so there is no other pain medication to give in combination with that. He should also have his ears checked to see if he has an ear infection. He may need a test for strep throat also. Hope he feels better soon.
