Infection: Fever post wisdom tooth removal suggests dry socket or resistant infection and needs immediate follow up with oral surgeon

Sometimes: Sometimes more than one course of antibiotics, are a different antibiotic, is indicated. Generations of antibiotic misuse has created resistant bacteria. See a wisdom tooth specialist, an Oral Surgeon, for revaluation and treatment. You may need more than just pills.
